1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and qrpay4 ("Platform", "We", or "Company") governing all aspects of your use of qrpay4.org and all services offered thereunder. Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at qrpay4 at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password strictly confidential at all times.

4 Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

Deposit Policy:

8 qrpay4 Limitation of Liability

Qrpay4 is not liable for any financial loss, emotional distress, or other damages arising from the use of this platform in the following circumstances:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or government decisions.
• Losses arising from a member's failure to comply with the stated terms and conditions.
• Any action taken based on information obtained from unofficial or non-qrpay4 sources.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to an account due to a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Qrpay4's liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the amount of funds in that member's account at the time of the incident. qrpay4 does not accept any consequential or indirect losses of any kind.

9 Privacy & Personal Data Protection
